Request water softener service
If a softener or its fittings are leaking, call. For a new system, a replacement or a water test, send a request and a local company will call you back.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the right local company gets your request
- What you need: a new softener, a repair, a replacement, filtration or RO
- The brand and model on your current softener's control head, if you have one
- Whether your home has a softener loop in the garage
- Whether the house is on city sewer or septic
Softener leaking? Turn the bypass valve to bypass, or close the main water shutoff, and unplug the control head until someone can look at it.
